Marisa, Bernie, Dr. Joyce and myself have been touched by the incredible support for our food drive and Toy drive over the months of November and into December. Thank you for making these events special, the Port Moody Food Bank was very surprised at how much we brought in ( over 400 pounds). The toy drive has been way bigger than we could have imagined.

We extend our hearts to everyone for a wonderful holiday season.

We are all very aware that It is also an emotionally charged time with expectation and feelings of greater obligation . Find moments for yourself and in some of those brief moments ,  an SRI exercise can be tremendous support.
